White label SEO

White Label SEO Services for Agencies

Your clients keep asking for SEO. Your team is already full, and hiring a full-time SEO specialist for a handful of accounts is hard to justify. White label SEO solves that: you sell the service under your own brand, and we do the work behind the scenes.

Torplix's white label SEO services cover technical SEO, on-page work, content, link building, local SEO and reporting, all delivered under your name. You keep the client and the relationship. We handle the SEO. Plans start at $629 per month per client site.

What Is White Label SEO?

White label SEO is when an agency sells SEO to its clients under its own brand while another company does the actual work. The client sees the agency's name on the proposals and reports. The SEO provider stays in the background.

You will also hear it called SEO reselling or outsourced SEO. The idea is the same: you own the client relationship and the pricing, and someone else handles the delivery.

Who uses white label SEO

The usual customers are agencies that already have a client base but no SEO team. That includes web design agencies whose clients ask why their new site is not getting traffic, PPC and social media agencies who want to add a longer-term service, and freelancers and consultants who have more clients than hours. In each case the agency knows the client well and wants to keep that relationship. It just does not want to build a full SEO department to serve it.

How the arrangement works

  • You sell. You set the price, write the proposal and stay the main contact for your client.
  • We deliver. Torplix audits the site, plans the work and carries it out.
  • You report. Monthly reports carry your name and logo, so your client sees one brand.
  • You keep the margin. The difference between what you charge and what we charge is yours.

Most agencies use white label SEO for one simple reason. SEO needs several different skills at once: technical fixes, content, links and reporting. Building that in-house for a few accounts is expensive, and getting it wrong puts your client relationship at risk.

What Our White Label SEO Services Include

We cover the full range of SEO work, so you can sell one service to a client instead of stitching together several vendors. Here is what sits behind it.

SEO audits and strategyA full crawl, keyword map and a fix list in priority order.

Every engagement starts with an audit. We crawl the site, check what Google has indexed, review the content and links, and research the keywords the client should be targeting. You get a written plan with the work in priority order, so you can explain it to your client in plain terms.

  • A crawl of the whole site, checked against what Google has actually indexed
  • Keyword research and a map of which page should target which search
  • A review of the client's current content, backlinks and competitors
  • A prioritized fix list, with the biggest problems first
Technical SEOCrawl, indexing, speed, redirects and structured data.

This is the work that decides whether Google can find and understand the site. It includes crawl and indexing issues, site speed, structured data, redirects, sitemaps and duplicate pages. Technical problems are often the fastest wins on an older site.

  • Fixing pages that are blocked, broken or not indexed
  • Cleaning up duplicate pages, redirect chains and canonical tags
  • Improving page speed on the templates that carry the most traffic
  • Adding structured data where Google supports it
On-page SEO and contentOptimized pages, new content from briefs, internal links.

We optimize titles, headings, page copy and internal links on existing pages, and write new pages and blog content from a brief. The goal is for each page to have one clear job and one clear search target. We also build internal links, so the pages that matter most are easy for both visitors and Google to reach. If you also sell content, our content marketing service can sit alongside the SEO work.

Link buildingRelevant links only, never bulk packages or networks.

We build links from relevant sites in your client's industry. We don't buy links from networks or bulk packages. Google's spam policies treat link schemes as spam, and a penalty on a client's site lands on your agency, not just on ours.

Local SEOGoogle Business Profile, listings and location pages.

For clients who serve a local area, we optimize the Google Business Profile, keep business listings consistent and build location pages that match how people search nearby.

Ecommerce, international and AI search SEOStores, multi-country sites and AI search answers.

Torplix also handles ecommerce SEO for online stores, international SEO for sites targeting more than one country, and answer engine optimization, which helps content get picked up in AI search answers. If a client needs one of these, you do not need a second provider.

Reporting under your brandMonthly reports with your name and logo.

Each month you get a report that shows what we did, what moved and what comes next. It carries your name and logo, and it is written in plain language, so you can send it as it is or use it to run the client call. We focus on numbers your client cares about, such as leads, orders and revenue where the data is available, not only rankings and traffic.

How the Process Works

The setup is short. Most of the effort goes into understanding your client's business, not into paperwork.

1

Intro call

We talk about the kinds of clients you serve and what you plan to sell them.

2

Free audit

We audit one of your client sites so you can see the quality of the work before you commit.

3

Scope and price in writing

You get a clear list of what is included each month and what it costs. A digital marketing scope of work is the kind of document that keeps both sides clear.

4

Onboarding

We ask for access to the client's website, Search Console and analytics. We are happy to sign an NDA if your client contracts require one.

5

Monthly delivery

We carry out the work in the plan and keep you updated.

6

Monthly report

You receive a branded report, ready to send or to walk your client through.

What we need from you to get started

  • The client's website address and a short description of what they sell and who they sell to
  • Access to their Google Search Console and analytics, or help getting it set up
  • Access to the website so we can make or brief the changes
  • Any goals your client has told you about, such as leads, calls or online orders
  • The name and logo you want on the reports

If a client does not have Search Console or analytics yet, we can set them up as part of the first month. The audit itself only needs the website address, which is why we can run it before you commit.

What your clients will and will not see

Your clients see your brand on everything. We do not contact them unless you ask us to, and questions go through you. Anything we deliver, from reports to recommendations, is written so you can present it as your own work. What you tell your clients about how the work is done is your decision, so check what your client contracts require.

What a typical first three months look like

Month 1

Audit and foundations

Full audit, keyword map, first technical fixes and tracking checked

Month 2

Pages and content

On-page changes on priority pages, new content briefs, internal link updates

Month 3

Authority and review

First link building work, a review of what moved, and the plan for the next quarter

This is the usual shape, not a fixed template. A site with serious technical problems will spend more time on fixes first, and a local business may put more weight on its Google Business Profile in month one.

White Label SEO Pricing and Margins

White label SEO pricing depends on the scope of work, how competitive the client's market is and how large the site is. Here is what published sources show, and where Torplix starts.

What affects the price

Site size

A 30-page site and a 3,000-page store need very different amounts of work.

Competition

Ranking for a local plumber is a different job from ranking for a national software term.

Starting condition

A site with serious technical problems needs more upfront work.

Content and links

The more new pages and links the plan includes, the higher the monthly cost.

Extras

Ecommerce, international or multi-location sites add scope.

What the market charges

ALM Corp's white label SEO reseller pricing guide lists these wholesale monthly ranges, which is what an agency pays a provider:

Type of SEOWholesale range per month
Google Business Profile only or light local$178 to $300
Starter local SEO$399 to $545
Broader local SEO$545 to $999
National or competitive SEO$699 to $2,000+
Premium or enterprise$2,000 to $2,999+

On the selling side, Vendasta's white label SEO pricing guide says agencies typically charge anywhere from $500 to $5,000 per month depending on service scope and client size.

Torplix white label SEO pricing

Torplix white label SEO plans start at $629 per month per client site. The final price depends on the site's size, the market it competes in and the mix of work. We confirm it in writing after the free audit, so you know your cost before you quote your client.

How much margin to expect

Margin and markup

Vendasta suggests aiming for a margin of 40 to 50 percent on white label services. ALM Corp says most healthy agency reseller models aim for a gross margin of 40 to 60 percent on recurring SEO services.

Markup and margin are not the same thing, and mixing them up is a common pricing mistake. ALM Corp's example: a service that costs you $1,000, marked up 50 percent, sells for $1,500, which leaves a gross margin of only 33.3 percent.

Work out your own numbers before you set a client price, including the time you spend on account management, and price for the margin you actually want.

Is White Label SEO Right for Your Agency?

It suits some agencies well and others not at all. Here is an honest way to check.

It is a good fit if

  • You already sell websites, ads, social media or content, and clients keep asking for SEO.
  • You want to add SEO without hiring and managing specialists.
  • You are comfortable owning the client relationship and answering the client's questions.
  • The margin still works after you count your own time on the account.

It is not a good fit if

  • You want a self-serve tool or dashboard rather than people doing the work.
  • You need to control every task in-house.
  • Your clients expect guaranteed rankings. No provider can honestly promise that, and we will not help you sell it.
  • You are not ready to be the one who answers for the results, because your name is on them.

If you are unsure, start with the free audit on one client site. It costs you nothing, and you will see how we work before you decide anything.

How to Choose a White Label SEO Provider

Whoever you pick, their work becomes your reputation. Ask these questions before you sign anything.

Questions to ask

  • Who actually does the work? Find out if it stays with the provider or gets passed on to someone else.
  • Can I see an audit or report first? A provider that hides its work until you sign is asking for trust it has not earned.
  • How do you build links? The answer should name relevant sites, not "packages" or "networks".
  • What is in the monthly scope? Get deliverables in writing so you can tell your client exactly what they are paying for.
  • Who owns the accounts and data? Search Console, analytics and the website should stay with you or your client.
  • What results and timeframe do you expect? Google's own guidance on hiring an SEO suggests asking exactly this.

Red flags

  • Guaranteed rankings. Google's own advice on hiring an SEO says no one can guarantee a #1 ranking on Google.
  • Cheap bulk links. These often break Google's spam policies and put your client's site at risk.
  • No prices anywhere. It makes it hard to plan your margin before you have spent time on sales calls.
  • Long lock-in with no way out. Look for clear terms on how either side can stop.

White Label SEO FAQs

What is white label SEO?

White label SEO is when an agency sells SEO under its own brand while another company does the work. The client sees the agency's name, and the provider stays in the background.

How much does white label SEO cost?

Published wholesale prices range from about $178 to $300 per month for light local work up to $2,000 to $2,999 or more for premium campaigns, according to ALM Corp. Torplix white label SEO plans start at $629 per month per client site, and we confirm the final price in writing after a free audit.

Will my clients know I am working with Torplix?

Not from us. Reports carry your brand, and we do not contact your clients unless you ask. What you tell them about how the work is delivered is your decision, so check what your client contracts require.

Is white label SEO ethical?

It is a common way for agencies to add services, and it is fine when the work is real and you meet whatever disclosure your contracts require. The real risk is a provider that cuts corners. Google's spam policies apply to link schemes no matter who builds them, so ask how links are built.

Who owns the client's accounts and data?

Your client's website, Google Search Console and analytics should stay under your control or theirs. We ask for access to those accounts and do not move them into Torplix's name.

How long does white label SEO take to show results?

SEO is not instant, and the timeline depends on how competitive the market is and how much needs fixing. Technical fixes can show up sooner than new rankings for competitive terms. Be wary of anyone who promises a specific date, and set that expectation with your client before the work starts.

Can you white label local and ecommerce SEO too?

Yes. Local SEO, ecommerce SEO and international SEO are part of what we deliver. The scope and price differ by site type. A store with thousands of product pages needs different work from a dentist with one location, so we scope each client site on its own.

Do you work with freelancers, or only agencies?

We work with agencies, consultants and freelancers who sell SEO to their own clients. What matters is that you own the client relationship and the pricing, not the size of your business.

What happens if my client wants to stop?

You tell us, and we agree an end date and hand over the work in progress, reports and access details. Because the accounts stay under your control or your client's, nothing is stuck with us. We confirm the notice terms in writing before work starts.

What is the difference between white label, reseller and private label SEO?

People use the terms in different ways. In general, white label means a provider does the work and you brand it as yours. Reselling can mean selling a provider's service, sometimes under the provider's own brand. Private label usually means something built to your own specification. Ask any provider what they mean by the term before you compare prices.
